Purpose:
The composed reaction for one game object to another.
Methods:
UINT GetExplosionIntensity() - Return the explosion intensity from the reaction.
TerrainType GetTerrainDifficulty() - Return the terrain difficulty from the reaction.
BonusType GetBonusType () - Return the bonus type eaten from the reaction.
UINT GetTankID () - Return the tank ID of the bonus eater.
